I have some question regarding on ground and off ground plots issue in Bahria Town. I hope UPN team can answer it better.
When buying how one could know if it is on ground and off ground plot, whereas on the map all plots numbers are mentioned.?
Many plots in orchards is also have issue of off ground and on ground.
Second, in sector F ( Bahria canal side)all plots in Alamgir & Sheikh sadi block are on ground or not.?
Also Where is Aziz bhatti & Tariq bin ziyad sectors. Is land exist for these blocks.

I tell you a secret, try visiting plot before purchase to see its on ground or off ground.
If cant visit send someone trust worthy to visit on your behalf, its the most secured method. |
