Development Charges
As B block of Dha 9 Prism is most ignored and is also a step child, should we discontinue depositing installments of Dev. Charges till its fate is cleared??
In map, its lay out/plan has so many flaws, which shows that this was created in haste. To me this sector is a trap to imprison innocent investors. They are confused what to do.in the presence of more than 50% Excluded area, how its development can occur. How its main road can be straighten???
So all plot holders in this b block of dha9 prism should stop paying D.Charges.

Khurram, this is not the solution.....YOU will have to pay penalty then! ...YOU MAY EITHER GO TO DISPOSE IT OFF N BUY SOMETHING IN OTHER BLOCK ?

Pray to ALLAH ...when B block will be developed, it will be closest to other DHA phases, so will be most valued !

B block is right beside Askari XI which is already developed. You can guess its value. By law B Block will get passage through Askari XI as there is law of Right of Way. Donot confuse yourself or pose as if you are confused :) |
