Dha Prism-B Block is a most ignored block having more than 50% excluded area. This cannot be developed till clearance of such areas. All plot holders in this block are on risk. They have been trapped by Dha.
I think that we should stop paying development charges till things are settled. Best wishes for B block plot holders

B block is ajacent to M block phase 5 where plot prices are 160-165 lac. Its just matter of few months Block B will equalize M block phase 5 prices. Wait and watch |

Yes this block has been made in haste, having so many flaws in laying its plan.Even its main road is not complete. In fact Block B is a Prison. We should strive to get out of it ASAP. So
It is better to stop paying D.Charges and wait & see. |

More probably if dha could not settle the flaws in this block, all plot holders will be accommodated in others blocks. I am also not comfortable with the discussions of dha officials. There is something fishy fishy. Allah pak save us from all hazards. |

@buyer.. My dear,pl note that I only sought advice from u friends that under the prevailing circumstances, we should pay Dev. Charges or not. I invested in Dha 9 prism not for some business but only to have my dream house there.

See map, you are totally mistaken. In worst case you will get access from askari as by law you will get right of way and imagine being part of askari Xi :). |
