Could you Please guide me on M-4 1- kanal Installment plan. It's pros/cons. And how is it for long term investment or making house in 4-5 years plan.

Yes just confirmed about M4 from dealers.
Its not 12 million. Its still at booking price of 1.025 million. And its very possible that one can negotiate and get it in negative own. |

It can still be bought at booking price. They quote higher just to give the impression that the file is trading in profit. In reality, there has been less interest from public in M4 one kanal than 5 marla M7c.
As Surfer bahi said, maybe Hasan and Kureshi sab can discuss the pros and cons better of M4. |

As per map shared by property dealers, M-4 is behind M-3 A & M-3 A ext. on both sides of 150 feet road. |

Society standard very good
Rate for instalments is good
This is how I always recommend. If you have money buy ready plot but many of us don't have money so have to for instalments option. And in instalments I prefer this project. Good luck |

No issue of transmission line. It's away from that. Lines are passing already from inhabited area or golf course. Check google earth. |

Nabeel as a rule always small investors more in number so 5 Marla will have more turnover. But if I had money for instalments I would have gone for Kanal and if less money then smaller options.
Potential in all is there. |

M4 compared to other blocks enjoy more Better location. As close to golf course main roads and commercial. |

One thing I wasn't clear on: If the balloting is expected to happen after the payment of 2nd installment, isn't the 2nd installment at different date for all the people who bought at different dates? |
