ZB replied on Sunday, May 15, 2016 07:43 AM  A Gain matters if you have invested for sale otherwise this makes no difference if you wanted to construct your dream home. Location within the same phase should not matter as much as it is reflecting in prices. I believe by the end of day the gape will get minimum. Hold your average and even below average plot for better gain. (Located on extreme boundary plots are exceptional )

Asif replied on Sunday, May 15, 2016 07:55 AM  It's true , I had 4 files which were L , R , J blocks and I can confirm no doubt prices are double in even a year time. But I brought one plot after ballot and it increases only 10 to 15 percent only. It has good increase if you was holding files before ballot
