Dear LRE team and other property experts,
Kindly advise me I have a 1 Knal plot in Q Block on 70 feet road in Phase 7 which current value is 120 Lacks.One of my freind advise me that
I should move to Phase 9 Prism Block A or any good Block or move to Phase 8 in good Block and add some more money.
Should I wait is there are chances that Q Block prices will increase in future ( 2 or 3 Years) and keep it .
Hoping for sincerer advise

Pungali village is a curse for Q block of phase 7 which is not letting Q block grow. Better move to prism or somewhere else |

@ Suggestion: I don't think so, I think there is no phase in DHA which doesn't have a village. Phase 5, 6 which are hot phases now a days, have villages, so what is different with Q block. |

Wait for one year. In q block costruction has been started. Also 2 kanal plots have added which is giving q block a great advantage. Also it is directly connected to Barki road. Number of commercial blocks also have been increased. So wait and watch .inshaAllah it will prove to be a excellent block of phase 7. |

Many thanks for your valuable suggestion,So I will keep my plot in Q block and wait for good from Allah.2 knal plots will effect the entire Q block and is some houses construction already started?

You are right DHA every phase have a some village and still many deals every day only near village prices are less. |
