Hi Friends,

I want to be in property business, guide me from where should I start? Seems like existing dealers doesn't want a new entrant so that their size of pie is not reduced further. Even my friends who are in property business are not supportive.

- rent a shop on well populated area and open as prop dealer
- get into rental business where you help ppl find tenant or landlord. This is somewhat khawari money but helps you in networking and capturing the market
- spend more time in dha/bahria offices and observe.. more inside info you get is better for your business
- give it some time, ppl do come eventually
