Kindly upload some video clips of Bahria Orchard on ground activities and development progress to provide such a very good information to foreigner investor like me and it would also be beneficial for the Pakistani local investors who have no chance of visit Bahria Orchard.

Kindly put some attention on this request. Hope it would be fruitful for you also.

I hope some one share few fresh pictures and clips.

The development activities are very much hot in Bahria Orchard so the prices of Orchard jumped in past few months. A potential to growth is there because today head office I also shifted.

When it will launch and what will be the plot price tentively.

Bahria has been successful on purchase of a big chunk of land alongside of Bahria Orchard phase 3 but it is not yet confirmed that what will happen there because I heared that land is for Bahria Green Velley.

I Visited last weekend. The society totally changed its look as it came out as a world class. Everything is amazing!

Video Clips would be helpful for all who did not visited or invested in this heaven on earth before it.

Head office, PTCL Exchange, Fire Brigade, Hospital, Traflgar Square, Wireless Sequirty Service,Super Mall, Arena Cinema, Bahria Educational Complex, Central Masjid, Makkah Tower, NIB Bank, D Chowk, Mour Chowk of H Block, Round about Park & Commercial of H & J Blocks, Entery Gate 1 and 2, Exit Gate 3, Mini Golf Coarse, Landscaping snap shots, Zoo and Bahria Orchard Hieghts. Propery dealers Commercial Zone.

All the above mentioned developments already exist on ground in Orchard? If yes than it is really under priced at the moment. Sorry to say but With these enough facilities in Bahria, the price will surely appreciate after possession of plots and LRR factor is there.
