I am surprised that even increasing commercial prices by 50 lac to 1 crore in a week span, still files are not available in the market? interesting........

Supply is not avaiable that is why prices are non sensically jumping 50-50 lac in a day. All artificial increase those who will buy at current rate would commit financial suicide |

Phase 7 commercial file is 275 in the market.
I disagree that prevailing rates are increased due to demand. It seems real estate mafia do their own investments and create artificial panic in the market.I agree with sensible that we should not buy any commercial property for the time being. |

Totally agreed with Ahmed and sensible, the recent rise in DHA commercial property is totally beyond comprehension. This type of sudden increase never happened in the history of DHA. 5 to 10 million rise in a week's time is insane. Definitely this sharp hike is being manipulated by the mafia |
