Can you please inform me of the value of my 10 marla plot near Y-4102 in Phase 7 of DHA Lahore. Also, how much increase can I (or should I) expect of this plot after possession?

Phase 7 near Y 4102 is around 68 lacs
Sell this plot and buy plot on other location/ivy green because your plot is on weak location.No much increase after the possession . Not benifit to hold this plot.Choice is yours.
