Slow but steady it will grow as now genuine home owners will push the rates along with some presence of investors.

i think rates are going up. I bought one file 1.5 months back in 39 lacs. todays rate as per lre is 42 lacs. what else do yu want? 3 lacs in less then 2 months is a good gain
