Phase 7 near T 1318 is around 110 to 115 lacs
Sell this plot and buy plot in prism. If you keep this plot After the possession this plot not give better gain.Choice is yours.

Prices in Phase 7 is aready high after the posession no much increase because phase 7 location wise is not much good big canal BRB is passing near this phase.Border is so near phase 7 .Now a days peoples invest in phase 9 prism because location wise prism is good.choice is yours,

Yes, prism boundary plot will reach 150 lacs but a decent phase 7 plot will not gain. Stop with this propaganda. Ahmed, I would suggest looking at zameen dot com for advise. |
