salam Dear Experts i m holding a 5 marla good location plot in dha rahbar phase 2 block F i need ur advise should i hold it for more till the completion of defence rd or sale, will it add another 5 to 8 lacs OR move to Prism coz i m intetrested in prism phase 9 what do u suggest :h

both will increase at almost the same pace, if you would sold and buy plot at prism. You would lose around 2 lakhs in dealer commissions and transfer fees etc.
So better to hold |

Dont sell. Dha rahbar is gold nowadays.... I sold it and I think it was a bad decision |
