we heard handover will take place in end june as development is already completed

What is prospect of m block Dha 5, after ballot...?
Prices have increased significantly, will further rise near ballot ..?

I spoke to one dealer and he informed me that prices will go up further till possession, which is expecting on June 30th, 2016 Inshal Allah. Better to keep now for another 2 months at least
