Mr CMY I have a question regarding Rahbar 2. Today 5 marla file price is 28.50 and commercial is 205 lacs. If you actually go visit Rahbar 2 one is really disappointed with everything your eyes see..unlike proper DHA there is no good infrastructure at all. Do you forecast price correction in Rahbar 2 residential and commercial file prices?

This is tremendous development particularly for DHA Prism and Raiwind Road Societies. I do not anticipate any correction in any of these projects. All the people here who said ring road is just a fantasy would know this is real! Good job LRE!

Hassan you are right BUT how can you compare Prism with Rahbar or Phase 7 with Rahbar? I mean proper DHA is proper DHA. If I have choice to buy 5 marla I will rather buy in prism or phase 7 for same price (currently) than Rahbar. So my intial question was if you compare prism and phase 7 (5 marla prices) against rahbar 2 than why would any buy in rahbar for same price?

Cox Rahbar is proper Phase 11 of DHA nd Proper Developed as well and in Developed phases of DHA Like DHA Town , Phase 6 ,8,7 the prices of 5 Marla gone up to 65 while Rahbar's DHA 11 r still under priced and Central Located Through LRR Defence Road kahna flyover Construction; Alternate Raiwind Route nd Raiwind Road Itself make DHA 11 Rahbar A Good Luking society ppl r living dere 100+ house Constructed more ppl r luking to live in it Security is superb thts y Rahbar it self a Proper DHA 11 Now it's becoming a Diamond investment Day by Day

Apologies to all LRR optimists but being a realist I am still waiting for the detailed map of LRR. Why no one knows if his/her plot would be inside LRR or not (Those who would say map is even available online, that is a high level map). Why payment mechanism has not been announced yet? How can govt. hand over land to FWO which they have not purchased yet? How come such a big project can be started without CM Punjab or PM inaugurating it ?

Irfan, really appreciate your logical reply. Few people tag me as someone who is against LRR construction, which I am not as my own investment would benefit from LRR.

I am just unable to connect the dots, land has not been purchased by government and hence hasnt been handed over to FWO. How would the construction start? I have no doubts over the road survey being done by FWO but I still see something fishy here. It may not be as bad as I think but certainly its not as shiny as dealers are presenting

Nadeem sb, when orange line project was announced, the construction and demolition started within days. Many chunks of land were not acquired or were disputed in litigation but the project went ahead on speed of lightening. They kept demolishing and kept giving people compensation. Despite all the media and rightful opposition, the project is being constructed without any bottlenecks. Not to mention, we are talking about mostly constructed homes, monuments and very expensive land on orange line route. In that context, LRR land acquisition should be a much simpler process. Also, I am not entirely sure if your point of people not being paid anything is correct. I personally know someone who's land was acquired by government for LRR (about 10 marlas) and the government has compensated them. I do not know the mode or the rate but I know this person's property on main Raiwind road has already been demolished for Adda plot inerchange.
