Phase 8 Z block Ivy green prices jumped remarkably. I guess construction work has started.

Is it a good time to invest in this block?

For what I know, the increase in prices is without any development work on ground, let alone possession.

Then that is a healthy jump. I mean 10 marla almost jumped 10 lakhs in few days.

I remember CMY mentioned that good news for IVY green is in line, may be the full development work news is what he was talking about, so people have started buying. I feel the price increases before the news breaking.not after the news breaking.
