I am Local of Lahore and I intend to purchase a plot in J Block Upper cutting but No Plot is available with LRE on the rates which are shown in their list.
I think LRE shows less prices to grab the plots of overseas.

However they should up to date the rates of plots on daily basis. if not possible then it should be updated on weekly basis. But plots mentioned in list (for sale of J Block, Upper cuting are not available since last two week). |

I have noticed that all the evaluation given by Mian Waqas of LRE are quite below the actual market rate and when you call him to buy plot he has advertise, he has nothing to sell on the rates he advertise and say it's old rate and he hasn't updated.
CMY should try to buy a plot from LRE as mystery shopper to get to know all the problems a buyer face. |
