Is it possible to buy commercial plot in central park without visit to Pakistan?

What is current price of 5 marla commercial (possessioned) and expected monthly rent with ground + two?

Dear In Central Park Housing Scheme New 08 marla commercial cutting launched on main entrance through ferozepur road lahore and booking started on 20 laks and remaining 80 laks on 18 months installments. Very Very Good Investment oppertunity. Hopefully Possession after 1 year. I heared Own now only 10 lakhs and increasing day by day.....:)

Central park is Very good society on Ferozepur road lahore and Bahria Nasheman also opposite to Central Park and Ring Road interchange is going to built about 04 KM away from the society. More appreciation.

My first intention was to buy 5 marla commercial but once installment plan available so decided to proceed for 8 marla.

Newly offered installment Commerical Plots as currently offered by Central Park are in new Block AA which development is yet to start. You can check the 5.25 Marla plots behind Main Boulevard in Block B after visiting society. Behind Main Boulevard Plots prices are around 78 lakh for 5.25 Marla and 108 Lakhs for 8 marla. Prices i got from a delaer last week, so it may be possible slightly change in this.

In 2008 I buy a 10 Marla Residential in F block. Till today in 2016 they did not develop the F block but two time they changed the location of my plot and even without informing me. I buy this plot in 10 lakh and today I have offer of 12 lakh. Just see the scope of Central Park.

@ Centeral Park Plot Holder - I am not a dealer or have any personal interest in Central Park. but truth is currently in Block F, possession plots are 30+ Lakhs and non-developed minimum price near village (you can check LRE) starts from 18 Lakhs. I recently bougth a plot in Block G in 33.5 lakh (its owner purchased this in 6.5 lakhs in 2007)

I am not saying that its very extra ordinary high yield scheme like DHA but not as bad as you quote.

I think its the only scheme which is currently not in the radar of investors and its only a matter of time before some big investors start buying here as prices are lower compared to all lahore for this level of development and then rates will go on increasing.

It's a very good society, high standard of development and maintenance of Roads, parks are well maintained, wide Roads, water filtration plant, active school, lot of shops offices active inside society and lot of development going on. It would be around 3KM away from LRR interchange and Metro bus extension is under consideration which will further boost the price.

Only go for on ground plot with possession preferably away from village etc.

@Adnan and Dubai, the prices are gaining rapidly there, very hard to confirm plot in A or G blocks (10 Marla). Price for 10 marla in A and G block has reached around 40 lacs in few months.

Same is the case with D Block. Even after many years they failed to provide the possession. All installment schemes are like this i think. No such scheme deliver possession even after many years
