Dear LRE team, Aoa my question is I have a 10 marla plot in bahria town lahore nishtar block sector e (near 310 ) close to bilawal house. Kindly tell me should I sale this plot because many people said me this plot will loose it's demand because it's very close to bilawal house. Pls suggest me. Thanks

If you consider bilawal house factor then your plot is a little away from it. The only disadvantage is that in this location you are not allowed to build a store or servant quarter on roof which is normally allowed in bahria. The prices in nishtar block are going good because of some houses being constructed there. So if u are willing then sell it and switch to any other block. |
