could you explain to me why price is max 78 when you have posted a E block plot E 1051 which is 71. if we compare the location what is difference?
where E 898 is best plot as I can see on your /gemaps that front is no village but only agricultural land.
I am holding same location plot which is near to 897 and I got offer of 80 but I dont want to sale as I know It could be best and top location plot due to surroundings. |

E 1051 is located near gravegard thats the reason the price is less.
