Does anyone knows why 2 marla commercial plots are beeing sold for between 40 to 50 lakhs only.In other blocks prices are way higher. I have seen the location ,on left side a big area is blocked by wall .same looks like on left.I will appreciate a response from someone who is knowledge Able in Bahria please let me know

These commercials are located quite inside from main road and people living in springs and meadows will be the only beneficiary of these commercials which are not much in quantity and visitors are allowed to enter this area till 5pm. People do have other options like safari mall etc which have much better approach.But may be in future the road on which they are located will be connected from main boulevard and this approach may bring positive impact on prices of these commercials. Lets hope for the best.
