Basharat Ali, i will suggest you to buy 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 5 M Block. M Block prices will gain more quickly than phase 7 prices InshaAllah.

Phase 5 M Block is situated at prime location and has better access points.

Phase 5 M block is good location but useless until an underpass is made to connect it to proper DHA. If and when this underpass will be made is a mystery to everyone. So as it currently stands, it is isolated small block. Phase 5 M block could gain very quickly if it gets connected to proper phase 5. If not, I would say DHA phase 7 will be safer and gain more.

Just to add to the point above, I personally prefer Phase 5 M block location over phase 7 any day!! But the only reason I support phase 7 is because it is physically attached and connected to DHA phase 6 - so far the best phase of DHA with all sorts of commercial activity and hub within the next 5 years.

SubCon I really enjoy reading your commentary as you are among the few bunch who are not supporting one project or have obvious biases.

Please keep on commenting as you are doing unbiased and neutral even if it is just your opinion which can go wrong right.
