I ve received call from 4ways marketing company which is representing aljannat garden housing society located in Chaki interchange, rawalpindi and offering me the 1 kanal plot at 10 marla price. did anybody hear abt this society?

No. But the advice is that if anyone is selling at some unknown place through outbound call centers, stay away.
Normal tactic is high pressure selling where you will be offering a special rate that expires very soon. |
