Dear Sir,
Alhamdulilah I have two 4 marla commercial files of park view phase 8. Alhamdulilah It has seen tremendous gains in just few weeks recently. My dealer friend has advised me to sell it now and invest it in some other phase. Need your valuable advise please. Should I hold it for now or sell it because as per the dealer sudden increase in price has risk of fall in prices.

Dont listen to dealers, they will force you to sell and enjoy the big chunk of profit by selling it to their other clients.
Be brave and hold it. In Sha Allah you will gain more in coming months. |
