In real estate a sealer is always a looser as property price always get appreciated with time. Some people stay lucky they get quick profit otherwise in general it is long terms game. I am not convinced very much that commercials are good buy. Commercials are linked with population and to buy in barn land which will take ages to get populated, It is not worth, for me it makes no seance to buy commercial. But for sure if you are investing for long terms and for grand children it is fine. Average location plots in Prism are having lots of potential to gain and their prices are purposely kept low to buy cheaper. Hold it if you can or buy them if you wanted to invest.This is what I would suggest. good luck
