Surfer what do you think about my previous post on the 1st of may regarding my views about DHA multan when file was 32.50 just 2 weeks ago now file is 35 on official website, and I told you brothers that wait and see. So rise of Rupees 250.000 in just 2 weeks time. So multiply 250,000 by 5 is a good gain,Happy with the healthy gains in 2 weeks on my investmenst in Multan DHA so far.

First of all thanks Ekraar for your best wishes really appreciated. Now to the topic why you always compare multan with Bahawalpur or sometime with Lahore ? Why don't you compare Multan with Multan adjacent towns? How it seems you to say it's artificial hike in prices? Brother it's not hike even in multan. Multan is undervalued and don't forget when it launched it was around 40 lakhs already now it's going back to its normal priced. When I am saying normal prices I mean it saying above 1 crore as 1 kanal plot. Reason is very clear forget about Lahore and bahawalpure adjacent towns like butch villas , Wanda town and other adjacent towns prices you can see in Multan and then compare it with Multan defence. House for 1 kanal in Wanda town is above 4 to 4.50 crores. Do you think all these people are stupid throwing away their money ? No it's basically the value of the property. Bahawalpur still have lot of scope but it will be on around 2 years time mark my word. Whenever defence starts new projects it always goes through with the same pace as happened in phase 9 , Multan and now in bahawalpure. I remember when I bought my phase 9 file for 27 lakhs in 2011 people like you having the same concerns and negativity about phase 9 but results are infront of you about phase 9. Let me tell you 1 funny thing I remember when I use to be in Pakistan there was one badmash use to live in our Neighbour, he use to get beaten by every body and still he use to think that he was badmash. When ever he use to get beaten by people I remember he always use to say Main tughay daikh loonga, and this day never comes in his life that he did what he said because he always being wrong but he was stubborn like you who never admits that he was wrong. So that's why it's called main na manoon, as far I know either it's hike or whatever if I sell my files today I am making 7 lakhs on each file in less then six months which really making me happy. |

@ KB20 I hope You remember my last post in which I change my views regarding Multan & told you that soon you hear good news regarding Multan after looking into your circumstancial problems of aboard & afterwards I also always pray that you got gain good gains in Multan. I already recorded my details post in Comparasion of Multan & PRISM. Afterwards I also said that now onwards I will not comment on Multan again just pray for you that you can came out in this project with good gains. No doubt Multan is a good Project but only only for Locals. If you wanna be safe just sell you file at peak & came out otherwise you will be in trouble. Thats my sincere advice for you. If you wanna hold it for more than 5 years just go for it. Best wishes. |

@ Ejaz sb. My reply is for KB20 bhai not for you or Multan. I think you have not gone through my whole post & just take one line to comment. If we consider Ground realities they are very much different from Lahore in Multan. Just consider last week rate of file of PRISM with Multan. You yourself got the answer of your comment. I Never said Multan is a bad project but always said it as good project but it has its limitations. you cannot compare it with Dha Lahore. It is rewarding but in the long run. You will see this right after ballot. I don't want to comment more. So Good luck to you also. |

@ Kureshi bhai you have concluded it a lot. By the way M7-C 5 marla is still dirt cheaper and on installment got a very big rather than better to say heavy load in it of LRR. As there are a lot of development happenings in Lahore. So those who wanna short or Medium term gain must consider this development should be impacted for comming 5 years and more in Lahore.

I would like to say there is no comparison between LHR and MUX
as growing pace is very high but DHA multan will be a good gain but not equal to LHR.
As u see wapda town and Royal orchad the prices are already sky high so definitely DHA multan will reach to that level at least but diff will always b there. |
