Plz update about lower blocks of prism boundary plot future prices?

Dont go for boundary plots. Even today dha 5 1 kanal boundary plots can be bought below 2 crore while other plots in phase 5 are around 3 crore. |

jab phase develop hojata hai phr itna boundary ka issue nae hta..today of u invest less and buy a boundary plot then profit will be accordingly to..there is everykind of buyer in the market. so if ur budget is less and u can buy boundary plot then go for it..dont worry appreciation sub may ati hai |

Personally I will suggest that buy better location small plot then bad location big plot if purpose is investment. Rest your choice |
