Good impact. Yes it is divided in 2 parts but it will get direct access. 20 minutes DHA and 25 minutes Airport, 35 minutes Mall Road

Ahmed Bahria golf view Residencia also have similar scenario like fazia what's your opinion on GVR

Fazaia town planners had already left lots of space for LRR so the impact is minimum. However bahria did not so more impact. Currently LRR will be till Adda Plot as Bahria town has taken a stay.
