Alternate road is going along Fazaia H & K blocks with best approach from both Adda Plot as well A block side old entrance.
LRR would be crossing A & E blocks with interchange close to old entrance.
My guess is that due to ease of access, H & K block prices would soon cross other blocks and these could be the best / prime gainers of Fazaia in near future.
