In last 4 months these plots have gained about 35 to 40%, In early Tan One Plot in 2nd Line from top mid way in the Block was 25 Lac, I missed that as dealer was not showing Fluctuation at all, In early Feb I Bought one in 25.50 Mid way in Block in 4th Line.
I am Looking for another in same location As there is Limited supply in these areas so People are asking 35 to 36

if u observe cutting of j blockit is inside the ring road and only 3 km from bank stop main ferozpur road.

I have a boundary plot in middle cutting...its hardly gain a little....what abou middle cutting near gullo cot..i should hold I or sell...future prospects???

Don't sell J untill or unless whole LRR is complete & Prism will be accessed via J & H block.

J block will expensive than dha 9 town after 3 years thats for sure as easy access from ferozpur road as well as its close to ring road so after possession it will be most expensive 5 marla plot in dha 9
