Can somebody guide about Orchard 1 kanal villa. What r its future prospects. There is generally good talk going on about Bahria Orchard. Can someone shed light specifically on Orchard Villa.

Orchard villas are located on very prime location and are well constructed. If you see the price of 1 Kanal plot in Orchard is around 120 to 130 Lakh and Villas are available starts from 185 Lakhs currently and according to current market trend high gains are expected regarding 1 kanal Orchard villa.

The current value of Villa is around 195 to 200 Lakhs. Price of these villas are increasing so if you have holding power then you should hold it for some months.
