Dear UPN Team,

Kindly put some light on the location of New cuttings and new bookings available in the market for Bahria Orchard.
There are new deals coming? and where would be the location of these new cuttings of plots? Is there any cutting in future alongside of boundary of H block??

There is no confirmed statement by Bahria Administration regarding new cuttings being introduced in Orchard but there is news in market that new cutting may be announced near Eastern, D Extension, Phase 3 or H Block. But we can't be sure till its officially announced by Bahria.

I think 80% chances of New cutting are near D extention; Eastern 60% , 50% near phase 3, 40% near southern phase 1 and 20% H block.It is my personal observation and information,I may be wrong or right.

New cutting means new plan??? Whether it will be on installments and what will be its tentive cost?

Nobody knows about exact payment plan,but an idea is there ,5m in lco near D ext block 35 to 40 lac +own ,8m 45 to 55 lac +own ;there will be installments plan of 1.5 year.

I think my point of view is on the basis of ground activities which shows availability of land near all above mentioned areas. I think D extension, phase3, Northern district and block H between the area available alogwith boundary of Wapda Finance Farm houses would be covered by Bahria Orchard.
