Kindly clarify the following queries;
1) To transfer 10M plot in DHA phase-8 Lahore does it require to pay the Advanced income tax?
I heard there is no advance income tax on property value upto 3 million? is that true?
2) Does it require clearance certificate from cantonment board to apply NDC?
