Keep in mind last week I said it will be extremely hard to see price of 31.90 lacs again. I said more you wait more you will have to pay. Slow but steady rise expected InshaAllah. Superb location. Excellent energetic management. 30000 kanal land in hand. On going development. Lowest risk of price falling due to any possible future political or financial crises. Personally I am looking ahead to see Rs 40 to 43 Lacs land files pre ballot price before December 2016 ends. InshaAllah.
This is my personal guess. You must think calmly check from all sources about location prices and expected gains and than buy or sell only when 100% satisfied with project. I will not be responsible for any losses you could suffer and won't demand share from any gains. Lahore Real Estate do deal in DHA Multan so I wish when ready to buy or sell you will give equal chance to serve you.
