It would appreciated if someone could enlighten me about the stagnant position of this society: is it advisable to make long term investment at this price? Thanks

I am from gujranwala cantt. Dha guj is very near to us. I don't recommend you to make investment in it as its location is not good plus investers are preferring other societies here. Plus, Cantt overshadows dha so people prefer cantt instead of dha |

Agreed with Ahmed, for short term its not good but for long term i think its good investment as Cantt proximity will serve as a benchmark and result in price increase at DHA |

I talked with people in dha gujranwala and they are saying balloting is expected in January 2017 for sure. They already have acquired around 1800 acres and only need few hundred more to start the phase 1.
I personally visited the place...and location is very attractive |
