I want to switch to prism 1-kanal. budget is one crore. Experts please advice which blocks have more potential in coming two years... is it Block H, K, F ??
Please pardon my lesser knowledge as i am new to DHA Prism side. :)

Chose a clean location on any of these blocks.... if intention is for investment only then buying 3 small plots is also a good option... |

MD yes intention is for investment... can 3 small plots gettable in 100lac budget ?? GOOD LOCATION !! as i dont want any avge to poor located. even i was thinking of 2 * 10 marlas before. but again good 10 marla is 60-65 so it would be out of my budget. plus in DHA PRISM main commodity or you can say main unit is Kanal. smaller plots have lesser importance & location.

@Ahmer Shah.. The next hot cake will definitely be H block and Upper cutting of K block... but i think The most clean block after A block is G block... I think there is no bad location plot just u have to avoid facing commercial, facing primary school and hospital... its perfectly located... no boundary... every plot is good located... plus u will be very close to oval and also close to ring road... Isnt that a good thing? |
