How much of a price difference is there between a DHA MULTAN Affidavit and Allocation file?

Also confirm availability of files and at what rate if available now?

Difference is only transfer charges RS. 56000 as one has to pay transfer charges for allocation file but no transfer charges for affidavit file. Currently only allocation files are available. Don't look at this small difference. Just buy.

Ahmad sb, please guide me who has to pay 50,000 for allocation file transfer? Seller or buyer or both? Is there any extra CVT duty on allocation file? And who will pay that amount? Thanks

Mr Maqsood Buyer pays the transfer cost for allocation file. There is no CVT applicable on files.

Cvt is appilicable on allocations but not on afffidavte files as first transfered. But consult LRE they will answer it correctely.

I would strongly recommend that don't waste more time. As per my sources balloting is expected in August. After balloting price will be from 75 to 100 based on location of plot. Don't wait for installment plots because inventory is very less. Only luckey will get that and will be sold on high own price.Point to note that there is not a single village or existing graveyard in DHA Multan proposed location. This means that 99% plots will be on good location and no need to sell file before ballot. Those who couldn't get file shouldn't be disappointed, they can buy good location plots after ballot.

Dear LRE team, one dealer offer me an allocation file, please inform me, will it be included in Phase 1 balloting ? because my dealer told me that first balloting will be held on July but this file is for next bealting expected in December 2016 ?
I request to you please assist me, is his information correct ? Should I buy it or not ?
