Phase 9 town is almost devolpe area and you can see the difrence of 1 crore between phase 6 E block comercial and 9 town . Location almost same beween road 1 side phase 6 e block one side 9 town comercial .phase 9 town have more potential mark my words . If you want to invest in comercial dont miss this train . After eid huge price jump expected in 9 town comercial ! |
