Please suggest what i should buy if I have a budget of 35 million (350 lacs).
Please suggest what will be best option ? like commercial only, commercial/Residential mix or only residential.
Also please guide me in right direction with society name and amount

U can utilize in the following manner
1- buy one commercial allocation file of dha rahber its around 232 lac
2- with remaining amount buy one dha multan allocation file which is around 37.5 lac
3- buy one 5 marla in J block prism nearly 30-32 lac
4- from remaining amount u can buy 8 marla bahria Nasheman

Jameel Bhai which blocks of Phase 7 do you recommend to buy.
I am planning to sell dha town commercial and buy 2 plots of 1 kanal with plan to build a house in 12 months. Which blocks have Juice left to buy in Phase 7? How do you compare it with Phase 8 S block?
Do you think it is right time to sell commercial and buy plot for residence or continue to hold it and sell it in a year time when I am ready to build ? |
