There are off ground plots in F1 Block of Pak Arab Housing Society. Society is claiming they will give possession of all On/Off Ground plots till December. Can you people confirm me about its status? Is it safe to buy off ground plots with good location in F1. And until when you expect these off ground plots will be on ground?
