Dear LRE team, one dealer offer me an allocation file, please inform me, will it be included in Phase 1 balloting ? because my dealer told me that first balloting will be held on July but this file is for next bealting expected in December 2016 ?
I request to you please assist me, is his information correct ? Should I buy it or not ?

Yes if it is an allocation file, it will be included in coming ballot, Insha Allaah. Most importantly your file number must be 01/OL/00xxxx. |

Kindly understand the process for DHA multan. The project has not officially announced yet. Hopefully it would be announced after EID and DHA will seek applications for installment plots. There would be balloting for installment plots and successfull candidates will be part of project. These successful candidates will and people who bought file from land owners on cash (directly or indirectly) will go to the ballot for plot numbers. So people buying file now, will need not to go to first ballot. |
