Just a random thought, alternate raiwand is like sl3 of ring road, it is connecting sl2 of ring road to motorway with an interchange on multan road at thokar. Malik right might be telling truth by saying that sl3 will not affect bahria.

if it is constructed as an elevated expressway (from qadir topbaz upto thokar thru wapda phase-2) then surely it will serve as SL-3 |
