In Orchard Phase2, Which blocks you would suggest as best blocks for investment point of view in the current Scenario and how much gain is expected after completion of Lahore Ring Road and Possession announcement by Bahria Management?? Is it good time to invest?

Dear Rashid,

Currently prices in G,H and J Blocks are going good as Bahria has announced possession in these blocks and as soon as construction work starts and LRR completes gain is expected. Lets hope for the best.

I already got pocession confirmation letter of my one plot in block H and the other one Block J. Just need to apply if all dues cleared.
