Dear all,
I think this is the best time to sell our properties and get gains on everything we have bought in last 3 to 6 months, specially phase 9 is a bubble which will burst, budget can be the nail in the coffin. So I am taking advice of CMY sb and getting out of this business and its time to eat yougart from what you have earned.

CMY himself has said that his post was meant for DHA Multan only. Stop exploiting.
There is no bubble. Prices rose because of major infrastructural developments in Lahore which are on ground. Why would prices fall now? Prices will further rise with the passage of time as we see more work on Ring Road.
