Please evalute.Rest of Z1 plots are in posession but this small area still not given.
Should i sell this plot now or wait till posession.
What is the current value of this plot.Is it worth keeping and building a house.What if do exchange in higher plots like Z1 68 or likewise and get corner and then build.Please guide3 me how much more i will have to put in if i look at plots in Z1 but close to avenue between phase 6 and 7.Sorry for lenghty query.
