Can anyone pls explain what is the difference between affidavit and allotment for the file . Are both of them safe ?

Any file on first ever transfer to investors name that file called affidavit.
Secondly; if same investors or else sale that file called allotment file.
Yes both are safe but affidavit files are having some thousands less in market value.
Depending on your Dealer deal to inform you in advance or just pocket that different amount.
