What is orchard phase 3 mean price range for its plots and what is development status .either it is on installments or not.is it risky or safe.poor in property knowledge .a new invested want sincere advice from experts.thanx for guidance

On installment of 32 lac.

Excellent locatio on raiwind road.

Dev in progress.

Due to all good factors there is onn of 8 to 30 lac.

Still lot of potential of price increase.

Phase 3 is located on land purchased by bahria near Chinar Bagh society. Its currently going very successful as was announced of 32 Lakhs on installments and now its Own price is from 12 to 30 Lakhs. Second installment is due now. Development is in process and huge gains are expected.
