Golf View Residencia is the jewel of not only Bahria Town Lahore but for whole of Lahore as no comparable scheme with such lavish greenery and landscape exists.
It is correct that the scheme was due to be completed in December 2015 and is still facing delays despite the map having been issued and plots allotted.
However, this scheme offers the only access to Raiwind road to rest of Bahria Town.
This reason alone underlines the importance of this scheme for Bahria Town and in my view Bahria Town will do all within his powers to complete this scheme.
The fact that LRR southern loop bid approved does not envisage it passing through Bahria Town. This shows that convincing on behalf of Bahria town has borne fruits. This is a huge success for Bahria Town and GOLF VIEW RESIDENCIA.
IF ONE THINKS THROUGH THEN IT BECOMES OBVIUOS THAT GOLF VIEW RESIDENCIA WILL BE COMPLETED.
The above noted brief analysis justifies investing in this scheme as returns on investment shall be phenomenal as soon as development begins.

Plz don't try to misguide people/investors as GVR is a flop project now.LRR will pass through it and just a stay order from LHC is the hurdle,how can govt.announce LRR in presence of a stay order.It is 200% risky,BT even can't start development. |

I have no such intention of misguiding anybody. I have only shared my view based on the facts available to me.
I personally hold 4 plots in GVR.
After the latest meeting between Malik Riaz and GVR investors the market improved after receiving assurances from MR that GVR will be completed.
I received bids of Rs 5.2 million for my plots situated in North side but decided to turn them down for the reasons I shared in my post.
If my optimism and analysis is incorrect only time will tell. |

As SOON as development begins right. I agree with you but let that development begin first, till then others would have earned a lot more on their investments in other societies. Everybody cannot hold undeveloped plots for 5 years plus |

AOA, Nabeel Khan what is the update on development in GVR, as promise made by Malik Riaz has already passed more than one month and he stated that development will start in maximum 25 days.
