I am planning to start construction of house within 4-5 months. I have limited budget. Family is small therefore I want to construct single storey for now. Friends can you give me estimate how much should I save for single storey construction having 2 bedroom. Thanks.

1300 per square feet for Grey structure,
1500 for C Class Finish
1800 for B Class Finish
2200+ for A class Finish
Also add Cost of Foundation, Boundary Gate and Connections about 6 Lac
It is advisable to make Grey Structure both stories, Micromanagement can reduce cost about 10 to 15% |

Thanks kam and Jameel. Jameel sb any specific reason for suggesting constructing grey structure of both storeys ? Instead of finishing one storey with B class finish? Please guide.
