Dear Friends,
I have sold my plot on Biana. The full payment should be received in a month times as per agreement on the Stamp paper but due to some issues for clearance of the plot it passed more than three months. Please advise if any issues to be faced on the deal.

It means buyer cant claim the biana amout. It is up to you to continue the deal or tell him godbye. |
